Job-seekers and recruiters, register for the Jumping International de Bordeaux Job Dating. Previous events have all been very popular and the Equi-ressources team, the IFCE’s employment and careers service, will be hosting a fifth round of Job Dating sessions in  the morning on Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 February 2025 at the Parc des Expositions in Bordeaux, during the not-to-be-missed Jumping International de Bordeaux. 

Job Dating: opportunities for all 

Job Dating is based on a series of short, fast-paced job interviews, typically lasting around 15 minutes each. 

For job-seekers, this is an opportunity to present themselves in person and set themselves apart by emphasising their skills, personality and know-how. It’s a chance to make a good impression on recruiters, without having to go through the conventional application process.   

For employers, it’s an opportunity to meet as many applicants as possible in a short space of time. Recruiters can instantly get to know applicants and job dating often uncovers some pleasant surprises with potential candidates revealing their hidden talents.   

Advisers will also be on hand on the Equi-ressources stand every day to answer questions on jobs and career guidance.   

Job Dating at the Jumping International de Bordeaux: practical info

For recruiters:

Step 1: Post your “job dating” vacancy on equiressources.fr

Step 2: You’ll receive applications as and when they are submitted.

Step 3: We’ll arrange appointments with the applicants and inform them of their appointment times.

For applicants:

Step 1: Browse and apply for “job dating” vacancies via the Equi-ressources job board,

Step 2: Once your application has been approved, you’ll receive an email requesting confirmation of your participation in the job dating event.

Step 3: Once the appointments have been scheduled, we’ll keep you informed of the times and share all the practical info you need in the days running up to the event.
