For the first time, two Michelin-starred chefs will sign the menu of the panoramic restaurant. Mathieu Viannay, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and double Michelin-starred chef, will sign for the opening show dinner on Thursday February 6. Chef Stéphane Carrade, another double Michelin-starred chef, will be on hand for brunch on Sunday February 9.
